Disclosure: KABUKI Japanese Restaurant will not disclose to outside parties any personally identifiable information obtained from an e-mail inquiry without the consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others). KABUKI Japanese Restaurant will only uses outside agents, contractors, or other companies to perform services on its behalf when that outside agency has entered into a Confidentiality Agreement which ensures protection of personally-identifiable TMFS client information.

Responses to E-mail Inquiries: When visitors send e-mail inquiries to KABUKI Japanese Restaurant, the return e-mail address is used to answer the e-mail inquiry and communicate with the sender. KABUKI Japanese Restaurant does not use the return e-mail address for any other purpose and does not share it with any third party.
